QUESTIONS FOR ORAL ANSWER
145 Mr Kasongo - to ask the Minister of Local Government and Housing when Sub-Chieftainess Mushili of Samfya District will be upgraded to the status of Chieftainess.
146 Mr Kasongo - to ask the Minister of Education:
(a) what were the weaknesses of the 1996 policy of Education for All; and
(b) what action has been taken to correct these weaknesses.
147 Mr Kasongo - to ask the Minister of Local Government and Housing whether an institutional framework has been established for completing the projects under the Zambia Social Investment Fund.
148 Mr Kasongo - to ask the Minister of Agriculture and Co-operatives what measures have been taken to increase the resource base of small- scale farmers.
149 Mrs Musokotwane - to ask the Minister of Home Affairs how many juveniles were sent back to Katombola Reformatory for committing crimes after they had been discharged from the reformatory from 2000 to-date.
150 Mr Kasongo - to ask the Minister of Information and Broadcasting Services when the Commercial Department of the Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation will be re-organised with a view to making it commercially viable.
151 Mr Kasongo - to ask the Minister of Agriculture and Co-operatives what constraints have worked against the implementation of irrigation farming in the country.
152 Mr Kasongo - to ask the Minister of Mines and Minerals Development when a new loan fund for small-scale miners will be established.
153 Mr Kasongo - to ask the Minister of Mines and Minerals Development whether there are plans to explore the presence of minerals in Isaki in Samfya District.
154 Mr Kasongo - to ask the Minister of Agriculture and Co-operatives what incentives have been given to large and small-scale rubber growers in Zambia.
