196 Mr Kalifungwa - to ask the Minister of Works and Supply:

(a) when a weigh bridge will be constructed on the Tuta road to stop overloading trucks; and

(b) when repair works on Tuta and Valley roads will commence as the roads have developed potholes.

197 Mr Kasongo - to ask the Minister of Communications and Transport:

(a) what was the cost of establishing the Mulungushi Commuter Train System in terms of the following:

(i) mobilisation costs;
(ii) immovable assets; and
(iii) moveable assets;

(b) under what circumstances did the Mulungushi Commuter Train System cease its operations;

(c) how were the moveable assets of the Mulungushi Commuter Train disposed of; and

(d) what is the current net worth of the remaining immovable assets of the Mulungushi Commuter Train System.

198 Mr Kalifungwa - to ask the Minister of Agriculture and Co-operatives why the Luena Sugar Project in Luapula Province has been abandoned.

199 Mr Kalifungwa - to ask the Minister of Health:

(a) what progress was made in completing the construction and equipping of Mambilima Hospital in Mwense as of 31st December, 2005; and

(b) how much of the K130 million allocated in 2004 was used towards the equipping of Mambilima Hospital as of 31st December, 2005.
