148 Ms Limata (Luampa) - to ask the Minister of Home Affairs whether the Government has plans to construct new police cells and stations country-wide.

149 Ms Limata (Luampa) - to ask the Minister of Finance and National Planning whether the administration of the Youth Development Fund will revert to the Ministry of Sport, Youth and Child Development.

150 Mr Imenda (Lukulu East) - to ask the Minister of Mines and Minerals Development:

(a) what measures the Government has taken to ensure that the discovery of oil and gas in the following Districts becomes a reality:

(i) Kabompo;
(ii) Kalabo;
(iii) Lukulu;
(iv) Mongu; and
(v) Zambezi;

(b) when the concessions will be availed to would-be investors; and

(c) whether basic steps have been taken in conjunction with other ministries to facilitate an investor-friendly environment.

151 Mr Imenda (Lukulu East) - to ask the Minister of Finance and National Planning:

(a) how much was realised from the partial privatisation of the Zambia National Commercial Bank;

(b) what significant improvements in terms of profits have so far been recorded compared to the period before privatisation of the Bank; and

(c) how many jobs have been created and lost after the partial privatisation of the Bank.

152 Mr Imenda (Lukulu East) - to ask the Minister of Education:

(a) when desks will be supplied to schools in Lukulu District; and

(b) when Ventilated Improved Pit Latrines (VIPs) will be constructed at schools in Lukulu East Parliamentary Constituency and elsewhere in the District.
