200 Mr D Mwila (Chipili) - to ask the Minister of Sport, Youth and Child Development:

(a) why the Government withdrew from hosting the 2011 All Africa Games;

(b) how much money has been spent on infrastructure that was being constructed for the All Africa Games;

(c) what will happen to the structures under construction; and

(d) what penalty will be imposed on Zambia for the failure to host the 2011 All Africa Games.

201 Mr C K Banda (Chasefu) - to ask the Minister of Agriculture and Co-operatives when the Government will rehabilitate the Ndonda Dam in Chief Kapichila’s area which is non-functional due to poor workmanship by the contractor in 2007.
