QUESTIONS FOR ORAL ANSWER
84 Mr Chanda (Kankoyo) - to ask the Minister of Health:
(a) what the doctor/patient ratio in the following hospitals is:
(i) Kitwe Central Hospital;
(ii) Ndola Central Hospital;
(iii) Ronald Ross Hospital; and
(iv) Kabwe General Hospital;
(b) how many hospitals are in Lusaka Province; and
(c) how many clinics are in each of the following districts:
(i) Lusaka; and
(ii) Kitwe.
85 Mr Kambwili (Roan) - to ask the Minister of Justice:
(a) what measures the Government has taken to narrow the remuneration gap between judges and magistrates; and
(b) whether the Government has any plans to introduce a personal-to-holder car facility or a car loan scheme for magistrates.
86 Mr C K Banda (Chasefu) - to ask the Minister of Health when a resident medical doctor will be posted to Kanyanga Zonal Rural Health Centre in Chasefu Parliamentary Constituency.
87 Mr Chisanga (Mkushi South) - to ask the Minister of Works and Supply when a bridge will be constructed on Lunsemfwa River to replace the pontoon on the Old Mkushi/Tuyu road via Kabwe.
88 Mr F R Tembo (Nyimba) - to ask the Minister of Local Government and Housing:
(a) when the accounts for Nyimba District Council were last audited; and
(b) what the findings of the auditors were in respect of the following:
(i) use of Council funds; and
(ii) use of the Constituency Development Fund.

Report of the Parliamentary Select Committee: That this House do adopt the Report of the Parliamentary Select Committee appointed to scrutinize the Presidential appointment of Mr Dominic Yeta Sichinga as Solicitor-General of the Republic of Zambia, for the Second Session of the Tenth National Assembly, laid on the Table of the House on 29th January, 2008.
