431 Mr Mukanga (Kantanshi) - to ask the Minister of Community Development and Social Services whether there are any plans to procure user friendly transport or modified cars specifically for the disabled in the country.

432 Mr D Mwila (Chipili) - to ask the Minister of Mines and Minerals Development:

(a) why the Zambia Copper Investments decided to sell its shares to Konkola Copper Mines (KCM) Plc;

(b) what the total value of the shares sold is; and

(c) what the current shareholding structure of KCM Plc is.
 
433 Mr F R Tembo (Nyimba) - to ask the Minister of Mines and Minerals Development what the current position is regarding oil prospecting in Chama and Lundazi Districts.

434 Mr Malama (Mfuwe) - to ask the Minister of Sport, Youth and Child Development:

(a) what plans the Ministry has to tap talent in sports from rural areas; and

(b) how much money the Ministry spent for the activity at (a) above in 2007 and 2008.

435 Mr Kasongo (Bangweulu) - to ask the Minister of Education:

(a) what strategies the Government has formulated to retain professionals in the field of special education and attract other ordinary teachers to join the field; and

(b) how much money the Government has spent on the promotion of  special education since 2002.

QUESTIONS FOR WRITTEN ANSWER

W21    Mr C Mulenga (Chinsali) - to ask the Minister of Finance and National Planning:

(a) how much money was pledged by the donor community to support the national Budgets from 2002 to 2007, year by year;

(b) which donors pledged and honoured their pledges at (a) above; and

(c) whether Chinsali Parliamentary Constituency benefited from the donor funds at (a) above and, if so, which sectors benefited.

W22 Mr Chisala (Chilubi) - to ask the Minister of Science, Technology and Vocational Training how many lecturers from trades training institutions left Zambia for greener pastures from 1986 to 2005, year by year.

W23 Mr Kapeya (Mpika Central) to ask the Vice-President which major developmental projects the Government has implemented in Northern Province since 2002, district by district.
