QUESTIONS FOR ORAL ANSWER
70 Mr Hamusonde (Nangoma) - to ask the Minister of Local Government and Housing what the Government plans are, concerning the Sewerage ponds in the midst of Garden Compound in Lusaka.
71 Mr D Mwila (Chipili) - to ask the Minister of Home Affairs:
(a) how many police officers were involved in criminal activities in the police force from 2006 to July, 2010, country-wide;
(b) what action was taken against the erring officers; and
(c) what measures the Government has taken to prevent police officers from involving themselves in criminal activities.
72 Colonel Chanda (Kanyama) - to ask the Minister of Home Affairs:
(a) whether the Government has any plans to allocate a motor vehicle to Kanyama Police Station in order to curb the high crime rate in the area; and
(b) when the Government will rehabilitate the Kanyama Police Station, especially the police cells that are currently unfit for human habitation.
73 Colonel Chanda (Kanyama) - to ask the Minister of Energy and Water Development:
(a) what the composition of the current Energy Regulation Board (ERB) is; and
(b) whether political party affiliation is one of the conditionalities for being appointed to the ERB.
74 Mr Mukanga (Kantanshi) - to ask the Minister of Energy and Water Development what percent of the Zambian population, in both urban and rural areas, had access to safe drinking water and satisfactory sanitary facilities in the period 2006 to 2009.
