100    Mr D Mwila (Chipili) - to ask the Minister of Communications and Transport:

(a)    why the Government introduced restrictions on the issuance of mobile phone operating licences;

(b)    what the economic benefits to the country have been as a result of the restrictions; and

(c)    when the Government will liberalise the issuance of these licences.

101    Mr Mukanga (Kantanshi) - to ask the Minister of Commerce, Trade and Industry how much Foreign Direct Investment was recorded in the manufacturing industry in the period 2006 to 2009, year by year.
