117 Colonel Chanda (Kanyama) - to ask the Minister of Finance and National Planning whether the corporate world involved in social responsibility activities are entitled to any tax rebates and, if so, what the modalities for accessing the rebates are.
118 Colonel Chanda (Kanyama) - to ask the Vice President and Minister of Justice why a local court has not been constructed in Kanyama Parliamentary Constituency in spite of funds being set aside for the purpose and a suitable site identified.
119 Mr P P Chanda (Kankoyo) - to ask the Minister of Finance and National Planning how much money, in taxes, was collected from the following mobile phone service providers from 2008 to 2010:
(a) ZAIN;
(b) MTN; and
(c) Cell Z.
120 Mr Lumba (Solwezi Central) - to ask the Minister of Health when the Government will construct health centres in the following areas in Solwezi Central Parliamentary Constituency:
(a) Mulenga;
(b) Sandang’ombe;
(c) Kisalala; and
(d) Kivuku.
121 Mr Lumba (Solwezi Central) - to ask the Minister of Health when the Government will construct staff houses at Kakombe and Mapopo Rural Health Centres in Solwezi Central Parliamentary Constituency.
