145    Mr Imenda (Lukulu East) - to ask the Minister of Local Government and Housing:

(a)    when Mongu District will be given city status;

(b)    what the minimum qualifications for conferring of city status on a municipal town are; and

(c)    whether any provincial centres outside the line of rail qualify and, if so, which ones.

146    Mrs Sinyangwe (Matero) - to ask the Minister of Education:

(a)    how many high schools are there country-wide; and

(b)    of the high schools above, how many are grant-aided.

147    Colonel Chanda (Kanyama) - to ask the Minister of Health whether there are any plans to provide the people of Linda Compound with a health facility considering the increase in population.
