(a)    what achievements have been made in the implementation of Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation programmes since the COP 15 Conference in Copenhagen; and

(b)    what arrangements have been made in preparation for Zambia’s participation in the negotiations at the COP 16 Conference in Mexico.

149    Mr Kamondo (Mufumbwe) - to ask the Minister of Mines and Minerals Development:

(a)    which firm has mining rights over the Kalengwa Mines in Mufumbwe Parliamentary Constituency;

(b)    what corporate social responsibility the investor is undertaking; and

(c)    of what benefit the dumps in the area are to the local community.
