437 Mr Hamusonde (Nangoma) - to ask the Minister of Works and Supply how many roads in Central Province have been worked on using the machinery that was procured from China, from inception to-date.

438 Mr Ntundu (Gwembe) - to ask the Minister of Works and Supply:

(a) when the Gwembe/Chipepo road will be rehabilitated;

(b) whether a contractor has already been identified and, if so, what the name of the contractor is;

(c) what the width of the road will be; and

(d) what the total cost of rehabilitating the road is.

439 Mr D Mwila (Chipili) - to ask the Minister of Labour and Social Security:

(a) how many employees of the Kagem Mining Limited were engaged on casual basis from 2010 to April, 2011; and

(b) why the Ministry allowed the Company to engage workers on casual basis.

440 Mr Mwango (Kanchibiya) - to ask the Minister of Information and Broadcasting Services:

 (a) when the Freedom of Information Bill will be presented to Parliament for enactment; and

 (b) what has caused the delay in bringing the Bill to Parliament.

441 Mr Mwenya (Nkana) - to ask the Minister of Works and Supply:

(a) when the Central-Mine-Chibuluma road in Kitwe will be reconstructed considering the importance of a ring road in the city; and

(b) what the cause of the delay in implementing the project above is.
