166 Mr Malama (Mfuwe) - to ask the Minister of Education when the Government will construct schools in the following areas in Mfuwe Parliamentary Constituency:
(a) Chito in Chief Mpumba;
(b) Chaya and Kalimba in Chief Nabwalya; and
(c) Chobela in Chief Mukungule.
167 Mr C K Banda (Chasefu) - to ask the Minister of Communications and Transport why the printing of driving licences has been moved from Lumumba road office to Road Traffic Headquarters.
168 Mr Mukanga (Kantanshi) - to ask the Minister of Health:
(a) when the medical staff at Ronald Ross Hospital in Mufulira who joined Government service from ZCCM in 1997/98 will be paid Settling-In-Allowances;
(b) when the medical staff above will formally be appointed by the Government; and
(c) when the Government will send an anaesthetist to Ronald Ross Hospital.
169 Mr Kakusa (Kabwe Central) - to ask the Minister of Health:
(a) whether the Ministry is aware that the Kabwe General Hospital kitchen was gutted by fire in June, 2009;
(b) whether the Ministry is aware that since June, 2009 the hospital authorities have been preparing food for patients at the Nursing School which has limited capacity;
(c) what measures the Ministry has taken to avert the grievous risks the patients are exposed to as a result of transporting the prepared food from one point to the other; and
(d) when the Ministry will rehabilitate the hospital kitchen to avert further hardships on both the patients and the hospital authorities.
170 Mr Kambwili (Roan) - to ask the Minister of Health:
(a) how many Government hospitals have dialysis machines;
(b) of these machines, how many are operational; and
(c) how many patients are on dialysis machines each year.
