171 Mrs Mumbi-Phiri (Munali) - to ask the Minister of Education:

(a) why more than 200 University of Zambia (UNZA) students at the Great East Road Campus have not been allowed to write their examinations;

(b) what is the academic fate of the students at (a);

(c) whether the students have been deregistered due to their exclusion from writing the current examinations; and

(d) under what conditions can a University of Zambia student be deregistered and excluded from writing examinations.

172 Dr Machungwa (Luapula) - to ask the Minister of Works and Supply what the progress on the tarring of the Pedicle road has been and when the works will commence.

173 Mr Hamududu (Bweengwa) - to ask the Minister of Finance and National Planning:

(a) how much money was budgeted for and released for the operations of the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) from 2005 to-date, year by year;

(b) what the major constraints the ZRA has been facing in carrying out its mandate effectively; and

(c) whether the Ministry is considering other funding models for ZRA to enable it perform better.

174 Mr E C Mwansa (Chifunabuli) - to ask the Minister of Tourism, Environment and Natural Resources:

(a) what programmes have been made to exploit the tourism potential around the sandy beaches of Lakes Chifunabuli and Bangweulu in Samfya District; and

(b) when the programmes at (a) will be operationalised.

175 Mr Chisala (Chilubi) - to ask the Minister of Home Affairs:

(a) when Luwingu Police Station in Lubansenshi and Chilubi Police Station in Chilubi Parliamentary Constituencies will be provided with motor vehicles to resolve transport problems at the two stations;

(b) why electricity bills for Chilubi Police Station were not paid for more than ten (10) years; and

(c) why Chilubi Police Station has not had a Criminal Investigations Officer (CIO) for more than eleven (11) years.
