QUESTIONS FOR ORAL ANSWER
29 Mr Chisala (Chilubi) - to ask the Vice President:
(a) how many motor vehicles were purchased for District Commissioners from January, 2010 to October, 2011; and
(b) what the total cost of the procurement above was.
30 Mr Chisanga (Mkushi South) - to ask the Minister of Finance whether the Government has any plans to re-introduce the windfall tax and, if so, when.
31 Mr Kaingu (Mwandi) - to ask the Minister of Community Development, Mother and Child Health:
(a) whether the Government has any plans to improve on the effectiveness of the Social Cash Transfer Scheme;
(b) when the Scheme will be extended to all the districts in Zambia; and
(c) whether there are any plans to introduce other means of assisting the vulnerable such as the incapacitated and terminally ill people besides the Social Cash Transfer Scheme.
QUESTION FOR WRITTEN ANSWER
W2 Mr Chisala (Chilubi) - to ask the Minister of Education, Science and Vocational Training:
(a) whether there was any decline in the number of community schools between 2008 and 2010 and, if so, by what percentage, and why; and
(b) why construction of classroom blocks at the following schools in Chilubi District have not been completed since 2008:
(i) Fube Middle Basic;
(ii) Kanshishe Middle Basic;
(iii) Chichile Middle Basic;
(iv) Kalalanda Middle Basic;
(v) Mayuka Upper Basic;
(vi) Mofu Upper Basic;
(vii) Chabukasansha Upper Basic; and
(viii) Shitimali Upper Basic.
