63      Mr Namulambe (Mpongwe) - to ask the Vice President:

 (a)      which authority is responsible for the appointment of District Commissioners; and

 (b)     whether the Government has reported those who corruptly employed District Commissioners in the Copperbelt Province to the Anti-Corruption Commission.

 64      Mr Kalaba (Bahati) - to ask the Minister of Education, Science and Vocational Training:

 (a)          how many universities were operating in Zambia as of October, 2011;

(b)         whether there were any universities operating illegally; and

 (c)          if so, what measures the Government will take on such institutions.
