252    Mr Chisala (Chilubi) - to ask the Minister of Education, Science, Vocational Training and Early Education when the Government will amend the University Act, 1999, to bring it in line with the current political, social and cultural developments in the country.

253    Mr Sililo (Mulobezi) - to ask the Minister of Finance when the Government will facilitate the establishment of a commercial bank in Mulobezi District.
