270 Mr Sililo (Mulobezi) - to ask the Minister of Transport, Works, Supply and Communication when the Government will facilitate the construction of communication towers to enable the use of mobile phones in the following wards of Mulobezi Parliamentary Constituency:
(a) Nawinda;
(b) Machile;
(c) Kamanga; and
(d) Lwamuloba.
271 Mr Chisala (Chilubi) - to ask the Minister of Education, Science, Vocational Training and Early Education:
(a) whether the Government has any plans to extend bursaries under the Bursaries Committee to civil servants; and
(b) if not, how the Government intends to assist civil servants meet the financial requirements to continue with their higher education.
272 Mr Chisala (Chilubi) - to ask the Minister of Lands, Natural Resources and Environmental Protection what the magnitude of deforestation of the Samfya Forest was as of 31st March, 2012.
