QUESTIONS FOR ORAL ANSWER
533 Mr Hamusonde (Nangoma) - to ask the Minister of Health why there is low staffing of medical personnel in most rural health centres.
534 Mr Chisala (Chilubi) - to ask the Minister of Education, Science, Vocational Training and Early Education what disciplinary action the Ministry has taken against teachers who were transferred to other stations in 2011 but refused to move.
535 Mr Mpundu (Nchelenge) - to ask the Minister of Chiefs and Traditional Affairs when the Government will construct palaces for Chieftainess Kanyembo and Chief Nshimba of Nchelenge District.
QUESTIONS FOR WRITTEN ANSWER
W31 Mr Mpundu (Nchelenge) - to ask the Minister of Local Government and Housing:
(a)when the Government will construct markets in the following wards in Nchelenge Parliamentary Constituency:
(i)Katofyo (1);
(ii)Shabo (2);
(iii)Mulwe (1);
(iv)Kasamba (2);
(v)Nchelenge (2);
(vi)Chisenga (3);
(vii)Kilwa (2);
(viii)Kashikishi (1);
(ix)Chilongo (2);
(x)Mwatishi (4); and
(xi)Kabuta (8); and
(b)when construction of the new market at Velos in Kashikishi Ward will be completed.

Suspension of Standing Orders: That Standing Orders 20 and 21(1), if necessary, and Standing Order 101 be suspended to enable the House to complete all business on the Order Paper and all matters arising therefrom and that, on such completion, the House do adjourn sine die.
The Minister of Justice
Removal of Legal Immunity in Respect of Former President: That in terms of Article 43(3) of the Constitution of Zambia, this House do resolve that Mr Rupiah Bwezani Banda who has held, but no longer holds, the Office of President may be charged with any criminal offence or be amenable to the criminal jurisdiction of any court, in respect of any act done or omitted to be done by him in his personal capacity while he held the Office of President and that such proceedings would not be contrary to the interests of the State.
