295 Mr Mukosa (Chinsali) - to ask the Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development:
(a) at what percentage of completion, the construction of the Pambalasa Road from the Chinsali District Headquarters via Cheswa to Kalonswe Village in Chinsali District, was, as of September, 2025;
(b) what the cost of the outstanding works, was; and
(c) when the project will be completed.
296 Mr Miyutu (Kalabo Central) - to ask the Minister of Education:
(a) what measures the Government is taking to improve the teacher-pupil ratio in rural schools; and
(b) whether the measures above include the curbing of the frequent transfer of teachers from rural to urban schools.
297 Mr C Kang’ombe (Kamfinsa) - to ask the Minister of Youth, Sport and Arts:
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct a skills training centre in ZAMTAN Township in Kamfinsa Parliamentary Constituency;
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented;
(c) what the estimated cost of constructing the centre, is; and
(d) if there are no such plans, why.
298 Mr Kafwaya (Lunte) - to ask the Vice-President:
(a) how many public service workers were placed in holding positions, as of January, 2026; and
(b) if any, what the longest period served in a holding position, was, as of the date above.
299 Mr Miyutu (Kalabo Central) - to ask the Minister of Education:
(a) how many assessment examinations, learners are required to write from Form 1 to Form 4, under the revised curriculum; and
(b) what the consequences of failing the examinations, are.
300 Mr Mukosa (Chinsali) - to ask the Minister of Information and Media:
(a) whether the Government has any plans to provide the Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation Muchinga Provincial Studio, in Chinsali District, with studio equipment;
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
(c) if there are no such plans, why.
301 Mr Miyutu (Kalabo Central) - to ask the Minister of Tourism:
what measures the Government is taking to promote tourism in Kalabo District.
302 Mr Mukosa (Chinsali) - to ask the Minister of Fisheries and Livestock:
(a) whether the Government has any plans to build camp houses for the Fisheries and Livestock extension officers in Chinsali District;
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
(c) if there are no such plans, why.

Adopt Report of the Committee on National Security and Foreign Affairs: That this House adopts the Report of the Committee on National Security and Foreign Affairs on the Operations and Management of Police Permanent Security Check-Points and Mounted Patrols, for the Fifth Session of the Thirteenth National Assembly, laid on the Table of the House on Friday, 10th April, 2026.

Adopt Report of the Committee on Legislation and International Agreements: That this House adopts the Report of the Committee on Legislation and International Agreements on the Ratification of the Southern African Development Community Protocol on Employment and Labour, for the Fifth Session of the Thirteenth National Assembly, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, 9th April, 2026.
