The Legal Aid (Amendment) Bill ,2026.
Parliamentary Period:
Fifth Session of the Thirteenth Assembly
The object of this Bill is to amend the Legal Aid Act, 2021, so as
to—
(a) revise the composition of the Board of the Legal Aid
Board; and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.
