The object of this Bill is to amend the Civil Aviation Act so as
to —
(a) enhance the regulation and oversight of civil aviation
security;
(b) revise penalties relating to offenses committed on board
a civil aircraft;
(c) provide for the declaration of danger areas and prohibited
areas; and
(d) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.
