Suspend Standing Orders 24(1), 27(1), 34(1), 116(3) and 123: That Standing Orders 24(1), 27(1), 34(1), 116(3) and 123 of the National Assembly of Zambia Standing Orders,  2024, be suspended to enable the House to sit on Monday, 15th and Tuesday, 16th December, 2025, from 0900 hours until Business is concluded on the Order Paper on each day, allow for submission of  proposed amendments to Bills during the Sitting of the House, as well as consider more than one stage of a Bill at a single Sitting and, thereafter, adjourn sine die.

124. Mr Kasandwe (Bangweulu)  -  to ask the Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development:
 
(a) why the rehabilitation of Mpanta-Kantanshya-Kapata road in Bangweulu Constituency, which was scheduled to be completed by 31st December, 2024, has stalled;
 
(b) when the rehabilitation works will resume;
 
(c) what the cost of the outstanding works, is; and 
 
(d) when the project will be completed.

125. Mr Twasa (Kasenengwa)  -  to ask the Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct Kasenengwa Bridge across Kasenengwa River, on Msoro Road in Kasenengwa District;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented;
 
(c) who the contractor for the project, is;
 
(d) what the estimated cost of the project, is; and
 
(e) if there are no such plans, why.
 
 
126. Mr Hlazo (Chilanga)  -  to ask the Minister of Health:
 
(a) how many of the following health facilities are earmarked for construction under the Build to Care Programme, countrywide:
 
(i) district hospitals; and
(ii) health centres;
 
(b) how many districts have been selected to benefit from the Programme;
 
(c) what the names of the districts, are;
 
(d) what criteria was used in selecting the districts above; and
 
(e) if Chilanga District is not among the selected districts, why.
