The Immigration Control - Bill to continue the existence of the Immigration Department and re-define its functions; provide for the appointment of immigration border guards and provide for their functions; regulate the entry of persons into, and departure of persons from, the Republic; regulate the remaining of immigrants within the Republic; repeal and replace the Immigration and Deportation Act, 2010 and provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing. (N.A.B 18/2025)
7. QUESTIONS FOR ORAL ANSWER (STANDING ORDER 80)
74. Mr Miyutu (Kalabo Central) - to ask the Minister of Agriculture what measures the Government is taking to improve the following, in agricultural farm blocks, countrywide:
(a) food production; and
(b) employment creation.
75. Mr S Banda (Petauke Central) - to ask the Minister of Youth, Sport and Arts:
(a) whether the Government has any plans to provide additional funding for the completion of Petauke Stadium in Petauke District;
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
(c) if there are no such plans, why.
76. Mr Mapani (Namwala) - to ask the Minister of Defence:
(a) how many military personnel were separated from the employer in unclear circumstances from January, 2016 to August, 2021;
(b) whether any of the affected officers have been reinstated;
(c) if so, how many were reinstated as of August, 2025; and
(d) if none have been reinstated, why.
77. Mr Miyutu (Kalabo Central) - to ask the Minister of Fisheries and Livestock:
(a) whether the fish stocks have been depleting in most water bodies, countrywide;
(b) if so, what the cause of the depletion is; and
(c) what measures are being taken to avert a potential extinction of fish in Zambia.

Adopt Report of the Zambian Delegation to the 68th Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference (CPC): That this House adopts the Report of the Zambian Delegation to the 68th Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference (CPC) held in Bridgetown, Barbados, from 5th to 12th October, 2025, for the Fifth Session of the Thirteenth National Assembly, laid on the Table of the House on Wednesday, 12th November, 2025.
