The Independent Broadcasting Authority - Bill to continue the existence of the Independent Broadcasting Authority and re-define its functions; reconstitute the Board of the Independent Broadcasting Authority and re-define its functions; to regulate the broadcasting industry in the Republic; provide for pluralism and diversity in the broadcasting industry; to repeal and replace the Independent Broadcasting Authority Act, 2002; and to provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing. (ii) The Minister of Information and Media
 
The Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation - Bill to continue the existence of the Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation and re-define its functions; constitute the Board of the Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation and re-define its functions; provide for the imposition, payment and collection of a broadcast levy; repeal and replace the Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation Act, 1987; and provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing. 6. QUESTIONS FOR ORAL ANSWER (STANDING ORDER 80)
 
 
55 Ms Nakaponda (Isoka) - to ask the Minister of Fisheries and Livestock:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to implement youth and women empowerment programmes under the following livestock farming activities in Isoka District:
 
(i) fish farming; 
(ii) chicken rearing; and 
(iii) goat rearing;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented;
 
(c) what the targeted number of beneficiaries per year is; and 
 
(d) if there are no such plans, why.
 
 
56 Mr S Banda (Petauke Central) - to ask the Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct houses for the following categories of civil servants in Petauke District:
 
(i) doctors;
(ii) nurses;
(iii) police officers;
(iv) correctional service officers; and
(v) teachers;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
 
(c) if there are no such plans, why.
 
 
57 Mr Miyutu (Kalabo Central) - to ask the Minister of Education:
 
(a) whether the primary school curriculum contains subjects aimed at imparting learners with good moral values;
 
(b) if so, what the subjects are; and
