396. Mr Mtayachalo (Chama North)  -  to ask the Minister of Health:

 

(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct a Level I Hospital in Chibale Chiefdom in Chama North Parliamentary Constituency;

 

(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented;

 

(c) what the estimated cost of the project is; and 

 

(d) if there are no such plans, why.

 

 

Adopt Report of the Committee on Local Governance, Housing and Chiefs’ Affairs:  That this House adopts the Report of the Committee on Local Governance, Housing and Chiefs’ Affairs on the Report of the Auditor-General on the Utilisation of the Road Fund for Road Maintenance in Zambia, 2020 to 2022, for the Fourth Session of the Thirteenth National Assembly, laid on the Table of the House on Friday, 25th July, 2025.

 

Adopt Report of the Committee on Local Government Accounts:  That this House adopts the Report of the Committee on Local Government Accounts on the Report of the Auditor-General on the Audit of Accounts of Local Authorities for the Financial Year Ended 31st December, 2023, for the Fourth Session of the Thirteenth National Assembly, laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, 29th July, 2025.
