382.  Ms S Mwamba (Kasama Central)  -  to ask the Minister of Local Government and Rural Development:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to install the following road furniture in Kasama District: 
 
(i) road signs and markings in the Central Business District;
(ii) street lights; and
(iii) pedestrian crossing points; 
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
 
(c) if there are no such plans, why.
