372. Mr Kapyanga (Mpika) - to ask the Minister of Agriculture:
(a) whether the Government has any plans to handover the ownership of infrastructure at the MAFF site in Mpika District to the Chikwanda Royal Establishment;
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
(c) if there are no such plans, why.
373. Mr Tayengwa (Kabwata) - to ask the Minister of Technology and Science:
(a) whether the Government has any plans to upgrade Evelyn Hone College of Applied Arts and Commerce in Lusaka District, to a university;
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
(c) if there are no such plans, why.
374. Ms S Mwamba (Kasama Central) - to ask the Minister of Local Government and Rural Development:
(a) whether the Government has any plans to start recycling waste to reduce landfill waste;
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented;
(c) if there are no such plans, why; and
(d) what measures are being taken to ensure consistent and efficient management of waste, countrywide.

375. Mr Kandafula (Serenje) - to ask the Minister of Transport and Logistics:
(a) when the rehabilitation of the Serenje Airstrip in Serenje District will be completed;
(b) what the cause of the delay in completing the project is; and
(c) what the time frame for the completion of the project is.
376. Mr Mtayachalo (Chama North) - to ask the Minister of Transport and Logistics:
(a) whether the Government has any plans to upgrade the airstrip in Chama District in order to promote tourism;
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented;
(c) what the estimated cost of the project is; and
(d) if there are no such plans why.

Adopt Report of the Committee on Agriculture, Lands and Natural Resources: That this House adopts the Report of the Committee on Agriculture, Lands and Natural Resources on the consideration of the Impact of Climate Change in Zambia, for the Fourth Session of the Thirteenth National Assembly, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, 3rd July, 2025.

Adopt Report of the Zambian Delegation to the 15th Ordinary Session of the Plenary Assembly of the Forum of Parliaments of the Member States of the International Conference on the Great Lakes Region (FP-IDGLR): That this House adopts the Report of the Zambian Delegation to the 15th Ordinary Session of the Plenary Assembly of the Forum of Parliaments of the Member States of the International Conference on the Great Lakes Region (FP-ICGLR), held in Luanda, Angola, from 20th to 25th April, 2025, for the Fourth Session of the Thirteenth National Assembly, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, 26th June, 2025.
