242 Ms M Phiri (Milanzi) - to ask the Minister of Education:
a.what the criteria for paying rural hardship allowance are;
b. whether teachers in Milanzi Parliamentary Constituency are entitled to rural hardship allowance; and
c. if so, why the teachers are not paid the allowance.
243 Mr Menyani Zulu (Nyimba) - to ask the Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development:
a. whether the Government has any plans to construct a bridge across Belita River on the Vizimuba-Chimphanji road in Nyimba Parliamentary Constituency;
b. if so, when the plans will be implemented;
c. what the estimated cost of the project is; and
d. if there are no such plans, why.
244 Mr Sing’ombe (Dundumwezi) - to ask the Minister of Fisheries and Livestock whether the Government has any plans to create veterinary camps in the following wards in Dundumwezi Parliamentary Constituency:
a.Mikata;
b. Chamuka; and
c. Katanda.
245 Ms Nyirenda (Lundazi) - to ask the Minister of Youth, Sport and Arts:
a. whether the Government has any plans to construct a stadium in Lundazi District;
b. if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
c. if there are no such plans, why.
