225. Mr Miyutu (Kalabo Central)  -  to ask the Minister of Fisheries and Livestock:

(a)    whether the Government has any plans to develop aquaculture farms in Kalabo District;

(b)    if so, what areas are earmarked for the project;

(c)    what species of fish are earmarked for breeding; and

(d)    if there are no such plans, why.

226. Mr Kapyanga (Mpika)  -  to ask the Minister of Commerce, Trade and Industry:

(a)    whether the Government has any plans to establish industries in Mpika Parliamentary Constituency;

(b)    if so, when the plans will be implemented; and

(c)    what type of industries will be established.

227.  Ms M Phiri (Milanzi)  - to ask the Minister of Youth, Sport and Arts:

(a)    whether the Government has any plans to construct recreation facilities in Milanzi Parliamentary Constituency;

(b)    if so, when the plans will be implemented; and

(c)    if there are no such plans, why.

228. Mr Sing’ombe (Dundumwezi)  -  to ask the Minister of Energy when the Government will connect the following Wards in Dundumwezi Parliamentary Constituency to the national electricity grid:

(a)    Kasukwe;

(b)    Naluja; and

(c)    Mikata.

229. Mr Chisopa (Mkushi South) -  to ask the Minister of Energy:

(a)    when Chikupili area in Mkushi South Parliamentary Constituency will be electrified under the Rural Electrification Project;

(b)    what the cause of the delay in electrifying the area is; and

(c)    what the time frame for the completion of the project is.

230. Mr Kafwaya (Lunte)  - to ask the Minister of Local Government and Rural Development:

(a)    whether the Government has any plans to reconstruct the following bridges in Lunte Parliamentary Constituency:

(i)    Luangwa Bridge, across the Luangwa River at Chewe; and
(ii)    Kaungo Bridge, across Kaungo Stream at Kapatu Mission;

(b)    if so, when the plans will be implemented; and

(c)    if there are no such plans, why.

231. Mr Kapyanga (Mpika)  - to ask the Minister of Youth, Sport and Arts:

(a)    whether the Government has any plans to expand Mpika Skills Centre in Mpika Parliamentary Constituency, so as to cater for the increasing population;

(b)    if so, when the plans implemented; and

(c)    what the estimated cost of the project is.
