NTULO COMBINED SCHOOL SET FOR TRANSFORMATION WITH A 1X3 CLASSROOM BLOCK

Mbala Member of Parliament and Luapula Province Minister, Honourable Njavwa Simutowe, handed over a brand-new 1x3 classroom block to Ntulo combined School, on 2nd February, 2024 in Ngona Ward of Kawambwa Constituency.

Speaking during the handover of the project, Hon. Njavwa said that the Government is committed to improving education infrastructure through Constituency Development Fund (CDF).

"Education is the foundation of our future and as leaders, we must prioritize the well-being of our children. This new classroom block is a demonstration to our commitment to providing quality education, especially in rural areas. We will continue to ensure that CDF is used effectively to bring development to our communities," Hon. Njavwa said.

And Ntulo Combined School Headteacher thanked the Government for delivering on its mandate. He said the newly constructed block would not only help to reduce overcrowding but create a better learning environment for the pupils.

Prior to the construction of the new classrooms, over 60 pupils were being accommodated in a classroom with a capacity of just 20 learners. The new block features three spacious classrooms, each accommodating 30 students, bringing the total capacity to 90 learners.
