6. QUESTIONS FOR ORAL ANSWER (STANDING ORDER 80)
 
183. Ms Nyirenda (Lundazi)  -  to ask the Minister of Justice:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct local court buildings in the following areas in Lundazi District:
 
(i) Mwase Sub-Boma in Mwase Chiefdom; and
(ii) Mphamba Chiefdom;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented;
 
(c) what the estimated cost of the project is; and
 
(d) if there are no such plans, why.
 
184. Mr Simbao (Luanshya)  -  to ask the Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development:
 
(a) why the construction of a hospital in Fisenge area in Luanshya Parliamentary Constituency has stalled;
 
(b) when the project will resume;
 
(c) what the cost of the project is;
 
(d) how much money had been paid to the contractor for the project, as of March, 2024; and
 
(e) when the project will be completed. 
 
185. Mr Kapyanga (Mpika) - to ask the Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to rehabilitate the Mpika - Katibunga road in Mpika Parliamentary Constituency, which is in a deplorable state;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
 
(c) if there are no such plans, why.
 
186. Mr C Mulenga (Kwacha) - to ask the Minister of Local Government and Rural Development:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to reconstruct the Bulangililo Water Works Bridge across the Kafue River in Kwacha Parliamentary Constituency, which is in a deplorable state;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
 
(c) if there are no such plans, why.
 
187. Ms Katuta (Chienge) - to ask the Minister of Local Government and Rural Development why fourteen (14) employees of the Chienge Town Council were dismissed in February, 2024.
 
188. Mr Chala (Chipili)  -  to ask the Minister of Education:
 
(a) whether the funds for the construction of a secondary school, funded by the World Bank, in Musalango Ward in Chipili Parliamentary Constituency were released, as of March, 2024;
 
(b) if so, when the construction works will commence;
 
(c) what the cost of the project is; and 
 
(d) if the funds were not released, why.
