120. Mr Chanda (Kanchibiya) - to ask the Minister of Energy:
(a) when electrification of Kabinga Chiefdom in Kanchibiya Parliamentary Constituency, by the Rural Electrification Authority, will commence;
(b) what the cause of the delay in commencing the project is;
(c) what the cost of the project is; and
(d) what the time frame for the completion of the project is.
121. Mr Miyutu (Kalabo Central) - to ask the Minister of Local Government and Rural Development when the Government will employ experts in rural district councils to enhance the execution of projects under the Constituency Development Fund.
122. Mr Emmanuel Banda (Muchinga) - to ask the Minister of Youth, Sport and Arts:
(a) whether the Government has any plans to empower youths who are involved in the following economic sectors in Muchinga Parliamentary Constituency:
(i) agriculture;
(ii) transport; and
(iii) food production;
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
(c) if there are no such plans, why.

Abolish Fees Payable on Products Derived from Bee Keeping: That this House urges the Government to abolish fees payable on bee products so as to promote the production of honey and other bee products.
Mr Fube
Formulate Agro-Ecological Zone Based Agriculture Policy: That, in order to optimise agricultural production, this House urges the Government to formulate an agricultural policy based on agro-ecological zones.
