MEMORANDUM
The object of this Bill is to amend the Local Authorites
Superannuation Fund Act so as to—
(a) revise the accrual rate of a retirement benefit;
(b) reveise the commutation factors; and
(c) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.
