14. Mr Peter Phiri (Mkaika)  -  to ask the Minister of Finance and National Planning: 

 

(a) whether the Government is aware that the security company that was contracted to provide security at Katete Fruit Processing Plant in Katete District withdrew its services;

 

(b) if so, why the security company withdrew its services;

 

(c) what measures are being taken to ensure that the Plant is secure; and

 

(d) when the Plant will be officially opened.

 

15. Ms Halwiindi (Kabwe Central)  -  to ask the Minister of Local Government and Rural Development:

 

(a) why there is so much uncollected garbage in the Central Business District of Lusaka; and

 

(b) what urgent measures are being taken to collect the garbage and avert an outbreak of disease.
