413    Mrs Chinyama (Kafue)  - to ask the Minister of Lands and  Natural Resources:

(a) why the land agency for Kafue Town Council was revoked; and

(b) when the land agency will be reinstated.

414    Mr Kampyongo (Shiwang’andu)  - to ask the Minister of Health:

(a) whether the medicines that were intercepted by the police in the Copperbelt Province enroute to the Democratic Republic of Congo, as reported in the News Diggers Newspaper of 31^st July, 2024, belong to the Government;

(b) if so, where the medicines came from; and

(c) what measures are being taken to curb the pilferage of medicines from Government health facilities.

Adopt Report of the Committee on Local Government Accounts: That this House adopts the Report of the Committee on Local Government Accounts on the Report of the Auditor-General on the Accounts of Local Authorities for the Financial Year Ended 31^st December, 2022, for the Third Session of the Thirteenth National Assembly, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, 1^st August, 2024.

Adopt Report of the Committee on Energy, Water Development and Tourism: That this House adopts the Report of the Committee on Energy, Water Development and Tourism on the Special Audit Report of the Auditor-General on the Procurement and Management of Petroleum Products from 1^st January, 2019 to 31^st December, 2022, for the Third Session of the Thirteenth National Assembly, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, 1^st August, 2024.
