(a) when construction of the following health centres in Mwinilunga District will commence:

 

(i) Kakula in Chibwika Chiefdom;

(ii) Kasampula in Kakoma Chiefdom; and

(iii) Kalumbinga in Kakoma Chiefdom; and 

 

(b) what the cause of the delay in commencing the projects is.
