266. Mr Kalobo (Wusakile) - to ask the Minister of Water Development and Sanitation:
 
(a) when Nkana Water Supply and Sanitation Company will repair the broken sewer lines and leaking water pipes that have been supplying contaminated water to Wusakile Ward in Wusakile Parliamentary Constituency, leading to an outbreak of cholera in the past three weeks;
 
(b) what the cause of the delay in repairing the sewer lines and water pipes is; and  
 
(c) what urgent measures are being taken to avert the further spread of the disease.

267. Mr J Chibuye (Roan) - to ask theMinister ofInfrastructure, Housing and Urban Development: 
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to rehabilitate the Mpatamatu - Roan - Central Business District road in Luanshya District;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented;
 
(c) what the estimated cost of the project is; and
 
(d) if there are no such plans, why.
 
268. Ms Halwiindi (Kabwe Central) - to ask the Minister of Commerce, Trade and Industry:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to declare Kabwe District a free trade zone so as to attract investors;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
 
(c) if there are no such plans, why.
 
269. Mr E Tembo (Feira) - to ask the Minister of Education:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct a university or college in Luangwa District in order to carter for learners from the eastern part of the country;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
 
(c) what the estimated cost of the project is.
 
270. Mr Simbao (Luanshya) - to ask the Minister of Technology and Science:
 
(a) what the rationale for the increase in tuition fees at technical and vocational colleges, countrywide, is; and
 
(b) what measures are being taken to ensure that the new fees do not disadvantage students from poor families.
 
271. Ms Nakaponda (Isoka) - to ask the Minister of Community Development and Social Services:
 
(a) whether the Government is aware that some mobile money agents in Isoka District have been charging beneficiaries of the Social Cash Transfer Programme K50 each when withdrawing their money; 
 
(b) if so, what measures are being taken to curb the illegal vice; and
 
(c) what measures are being taken to assist beneficiaries in the District who are unable to access their money through the digital payment system due to conflicting details between their National Registration Card numbers and their registered mobile phone numbers.
 
272. Ms S Mwamba (Kasama Central) - to ask the Minister of Health:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to undertake the following works at Kasama General Hospital in Kasama District:
 
(i) rehabilitation; and
 
(ii) expansion;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
 
(c) if there are no such plans, why.
