216. Mr Mushanga (Bwacha)  -  to ask theMinister of Fisheries and Livestock:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to rehabilitate dip tanks in the following wards in Bwacha Parliamentary Constituency;
 
(i) Munga; and
(ii) Munyama;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented;
 
(c) whether the Government has any plans to construct a dip tank in 
Kalima area in Kang’omba Ward; and
 
(d) if there are no such plans, why.
 
217. Mr E Daka (Msanzala)  -  to ask the Vice President:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to delimitate some constituencies, prior to the 2026 General Elections; 
 
(b) if so, how many new constituencies are earmarked to be created; 
and
 
(c) when the plans will be implemented.
 
218. Mr Mutinta (Itezhi-Tezhi)  -  to ask the Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct a bridge across the Kafue River to connect Namwala and Itezhi-Tezhi Districts; and
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented.
 
219. Mr E Tembo (Feira)  -  to ask theMinister of Tourism:
 
(a) when the Government last conducted cropping of elephants, crocodiles and hippos, countrywide, in order to manage their numbers and also reduce on cases of human-animal conflict; and
 
(b) when the next cropping exercise will be undertaken.
 
220. Mr Simuzingili (Gwembe)  -  to ask the Minister of Technology and Science:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to decentralise the operations of the Technical Education, Vocational and Entrepreneurship Training Authority (TEVETA) to the provincial level, in order to enhance service delivery;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
 
(c) what measures the Government is implementing to ensure that TEVETA is adequately equipped so as to effectively monitor the provision of quality training standards.

Adopt Report of the Committee on National Security and Foreign Affairs: That this House do adopt the Report of the Committee on National Security and Foreign Affairs on the Report of the Auditor General on the Rehabilitation and Reintegration of Prisoners in Zambia, for the Third Session of the Thirteenth National Assembly, laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, 12th December, 2023.
