The National Assembly of Zambia, on behalf of the SADC Parliamentary Forum (SADC-PF), invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced SADC citizens to fill the following position:

Position: Programme Manager & Committee Secretary: Food Agriculture, Natural Resources & Climate Justice Governance (FANRCJ)

1.0.   The Position

Kindly refer to attached Job Description.

2.0.   Contract Period

This position is project-funded and hence the duration of the contract is 3 years, as aligned with the duration of the SADC PF SRHR Project. It is desired that the contract will be effective November 2023.

3.0.   Qualifying Member States

Please note that the officer can be from any SADC Member State but will be based at the duty station in Windhoek, Namibia. Preference will be given to candidates who are currently resident in Namibia and who, therefore, do not require relocation to the duty station in Windhoek, Namibia.

4.0.   Closing Date For Applications

Applications must be received by Monday 20th November 2023. It is hoped that the position can be filled by 30th November 2023.
