144. Mr C Chibuye (Mkushi North)  -  to ask the Minister of Energy:

 

(a) whether the Government is aware that, for the past two weeks, Mkushi North Parliamentary Constituency has been experiencing power outages, which has affected the functioning of the operating theatre and mortuary at Masansa Health Centre; and

 

(b) what urgent measures are being taken to resolve the problem.

 

 

145. Mr Mwene (Mangango)  -  to ask the Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development:

 

(a) whether the Government has any plans to rehabilitate the bridge across Luena River on the Katunda-Lukulu road, connecting Kanzenke to Kafwasonyi Basic School in Mangango Parliamentary Constituency;

 

(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and

 

(c) if there are no such plans, why.
