Enhance Enforcement of the Law Regulating Unauthorised Recording of Telephone Conversations:  That in order to uphold the right to privacy, this House urges the Government to enhance the enforcement of the law regulating unauthorised recording of telephone conversations.

 

 

 

Death of Hon Amusaa K Mwanamwambwa:  That this House do place on record its deepest regret at the death of Hon Amusaa K Mwanamwambwa, former Speaker of the National Assembly, together with its appreciation of his distinguished and patriotic service to the country and the people of Zambia, and that the deepest sympathies and condolences of the National Assembly be conveyed to his family.
