Suspend Standing Order: That Standing Order 27 of the National Assembly of Zambia Standing Orders, 2021, be suspended to enable the House to complete all Business on the Order Paper for Friday, 28th July, 2023 and all matters arising therefrom and that, on such completion, the House do adjourn sine die.

 

 

 

419. Mr  Kamondo (Mufumbwe)  -  to ask the Minister of Water Developmentand Sanitation:

 

(a) how many boreholes were earmarked to be sunk in Mufumbwe District in2022;

 

(b) whether the Government has any plans to abstract water from the Kabompo River in order to improve water supply to Mufumbwe District; and

 

(c) if so, when the plans will be implemented.

 

 

420. Mr  Mukosa (Chinsali)  -  to ask the Minister of Local Governmentand Rural Development:

 

(a) which roads are earmarked for rehabilitation under the World Bank  funded Improved Rural Connectivity Project in Chinsali Parliamentary Constituency; and

 

(b) what the status of the Project in the Constituency was, as of September, 2022.

 

 

 

Supply:  That the House do now resolve into Committee of Supply to consider Supplementary Estimates No. 1 of 2023.

 

Adopt Report of the Public Accounts Committee: That this House do adopt the Report of the Public Accounts Committee on the Report of the Auditor General on the Audit of the Government Payroll for the Financial Years Ended 31st December, 2017 to 2021, for the Second Session of the Thirteenth National Assembly, laid on the Table of the House on Wednesday, 26th July, 2023.
