81. Ms Mabonga (Mfuwe)  -  to ask the Minister of Energy:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to electrify all secondary schools in Mfuwe Parliamentary Constituency;
 
(b) if so, when the project will commence; and
 
(c) what the total cost of the project is.
 
 
82. Mr Munsanje (Mbabala)  -  to ask the Minister of Small and Medium Enterprise Development:
 
(a) what incentives are being offered to Small and Medium Enterprises, especially those managed by the youths; 
 
(b) what measures are being taken to sensitise the youths about the incentives; and
 
(c) what incentives are available for those who are above the age of 35 years.
