75 Mr Samakayi (Mwinilunga) - to ask the Minister of Education:

 

(a) why the Government opened Kanyama Boarding School in Mwinilunga District when it was still under construction and without water and adequate staff; 

 

(b) when construction works will be completed;

 

(c) when water will be connected to the School; and

 

(d) when adequate staff will be deployed to the School.

 

(b) if so, what urgent measures the Government is taking to make ZCCM compliant and retain investor confidence; and

 

(c) what the cause of ZCCM’s non-compliance is.
