72 Mr Kasandwe (Bangweulu) - to ask the Minister of Local Government and Rural Development:
 
(a) when the construction of the following feeder roads in Bangweulu Parliamentary Constituency will be completed: 
 
(i) Kalasa Mukosa;
 
(ii) Chinweshiba; and
 
(iii) Chisemba; and 
 
(b) what the cause of the delay in completing the projects is.
 
 
73 Mr Miyutu (Kalabo Central) - to ask the Minister of Agriculture:
 
(a) what the total number of registered agricultural cooperative societies in Kalabo District was, as of February, 2022;
 
(b) how many farmers benefited from the Farmer Input Support Programme (FISP) in the District during the 2021/2022 farming season; and
 
(c) what measures are being taken to increase the number of beneficiaries in the District.
 
 
74 Ms M Phiri (Milanzi) - to ask the Minister of Energy:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to upgrade the Zesco Office in Katete District;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
 
(c) if they are no such plans, why.
