54.  Ms Nakaponda (Isoka)  -  to ask the Minister of Water Development and Sanitation:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to provide water to the following areas in Isoka Parliamentary Constituency:
 
(i) Chuwi;
 
(ii) Mweembe;
 
(iii) Mwaiseni;
 
(iv) Ntipo; and
 
(v) Sunset;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; 
 
(c) if there are no such plans, why; and
 
(d) whether the Government has any plans to sink boreholes in the areas at (a).
 
 
55.  MrMenyani Zulu (Nyimba)  -  to ask the Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development:
 
(a) when construction of Mvuvye Bridge in Chieftainess Mwape’s chiefdom in Nyimba District will commence;
 
(b) what the name of the contractor is; and
 
(c) what the cost of the project is.
 
 
56.  MrSimuzingili (Gwembe)  -  to askthe Minister of Justice:
 
(a) when the Government will procure furniture for Chipepo Local Court in Gwembe District;
 
(b) what the cost of the furniture is; and
 
(c) when the Local Court will be opened to the public.
