369. Mr Mwila (Mufurila) - to ask the Minister of Home Affairs and Internal Security:

 

(a) whether the Government is aware that some applicants on the waiting list for the issuance of passports are scheduled for emergency medical attention outside the country; 

 

(b) if so, what measures are being taken to ensure that passports are urgently issued to the affected applicants to avert loss of life; and

 

(c) when the backlog on the issuance of passports will be cleared.

 

 

370. Mr Mandandi (Sioma) - to ask the Minister of Health:

 

(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct a nursing school in Sioma District; 

 

(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and

 

(c) if there are no such plans, why.

 

371. Mr Mwambazi (Bwana Mkubwa) - to ask the Minister of Home Affairs and Internal Security:

 

(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct police posts in the following areas in Bwana Mkubwa Parliamentary Constituency:

 

(i) Itawa;

 

(ii) Sunga Bukanda; and

 

(iii) Chichele; 

 

(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and

 

(c) how many police posts are earmarked for construction.

 

 

 

Adopt Report of the Committee on National Guidance and Gender Matters: That this House do adopt the Report of the Committee on National Guidance and Gender Matters on the Performance Audit Report of the Auditor General on the Management and Disposal of Gender Based Violence Cases in Zambia for the period 2017 to 2020, for the First Session of the Thirteenth National Assembly, laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, 12th July, 2022.
