QUESTIONS FOR ORAL ANSWER (STANDING ORDER 76)
350. Mr Kang’ombe (Kamfinsa) - to ask the Minister of Home Affairs and Internal Security:
(a) whether the Government is aware that 12 pupils at Wesley Nyirenda Primary School in Kamfinsa Parliamentary Constituency were hospitalised after an alleged gassing incident on Wednesday, 22nd June, 2022;
(b) if so, what measures are being taken to ensure that the culprits are arrested; and
(c) what measures are being taken to ensure a safe learning environment for pupils at all schools.
351. Mr Kang’ombe (Kamfinsa) - to ask the Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development:
(a) whether the Government is aware that the Katoka Mema Bridge in Kamfinsa Parliamentary Constituency collapsed in May, 2022, thereby making it difficulty for farmers from the Katoka Mema Farming Block to transport their produce to the market; and
(b) if so, what urgent measures are being taken to restore connectivity.

Facilitate Establishment of an Agricultural Bank: That, in order to enable farmers access cheaper financing to accelerate the diversification agenda towards agriculture, this House urges the Government to facilitate the establishment of an agricultural bank.

Adopt Report of the Committee on Delegated Legislation: That this House do adopt the Report of the Committee on Delegated Legislation, for the First Session of the Thirteenth National Assembly, laid on the Table of the House on Friday, 1st July, 2022.
