314. Mr Kangombe (Sesheke)  -  to ask the Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development:
 
(a) when the construction of the Sesheke - Imusho road in Sesheke District will commence;
 
(b) what the cause of the delay in commencing the project is;
 
(c) who the contractor for the project is; 
 
(d) what the total cost of the project is; and
 
(e) what the time frame for the completion of the project is.
 
 
315. Mr Mwambazi (Bwana Mkubwa)  -  to ask the Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to rehabilitate the Ndeke Mini Mart road in Bwana Mkubwa Parliamentary Constituency;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented;
 
(c) what the estimated cost of the project is; and
 
(d) what the estimated time frame for the completion of the project is.
 
 
316. Mr Chanda (Kanchibiya)  -  to ask the Minister of Agriculture:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to recapitalise the Nitrogen Chemicals of Zambia in Kafue District; and
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented.
 
 
317. Ms Katuta (Chienge)  -  to ask the Minister of Home Affairs and Internal Security:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct a police station in Lambwe Chomba Ward in Chienge Parliamentary Constituency; 
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented;
 
(c) what the estimated cost of the project is; and
 
(d) what the estimated time frame for the completion of the project is.
 
 
318. Mr E Tembo (Feira)  -  to ask the Minister of Home Affairs and Internal Security:
 
(a) when construction of the following infrastructure in Feira Parliamentary Constituency will commence:
 
(i) a new police station;
 
(ii) houses for police officers;
 
(iii) an immigration office block;  and
 
(iv) houses for immigration officers;
 
(b) what the cause of the delay in commencing the projects is;
 
(c) what the cost of each project is; and
 
(d) what the time frame for the completion of each project is.
 
 
319. Mr Hamwaata (Pemba)  -  to ask the Minister of Health:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to procure the following medical equipment for the theatres at the University Teaching Hospitals in Lusaka:
 
(i) anesthetic machines; and
 
(ii) autoclaving machines;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; 
 
(c) if there are no such plans, why; and
 
(d) what measures the Government is taking to ensure that there are adequate consumables at the Hospitals.
 
 
320. Mr Mtayachalo (Chama North)  -  to ask the Minister of Home Affairs and Internal Security:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct a modern police station and staff houses in Chama District:
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; 
 
(c) what the estimated cost of the project is; and
 
(d) what the estimated time frame for the completion of the project is.
 
 
321. Mr Samakayi (Mwinilunga)  -  to ask the Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development:
 
(a) why the construction of the Chalimbana - Manyika road in Chongwe District has stalled;
 
(b) when the project will resume;
 
(c) what the cost of the outstanding works is; and
 
(d) what the time frame for the completion of the project is.
 
 
322. Mr Chewe (Lubansenshi)  -  to ask the Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development:
 
(a) when the construction of Shimumbi Mini Hospital in Luwingu District will commence;
 
(b) what the cause of the delay in commencing the project is;
 
(c) what the cost of the project is; and
 
(d) what the time frame for the completion of the project is.
 
 
323. Mr Anakoka (Luena)  -  to ask the Minister of Local Government and Rural Development:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct a road from Limulunga to Kate in Limulumga District;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
 
(c) if there are no such plans, why.
 
 
324. Mr Mabenga (Mulobezi)  -  to ask the Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to rehabilitate the Simungoma - Luampa road in Mulobezi District;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented;
 
(c) what the estimated cost of the project is; and
 
(d) what the estimated time frame for the completion of the project is.
 
 
325. Mr Kamondo (Mufumbwe)  -  to ask the Minister of Local Government and Rural Development:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct the following
infrastructure in Mufumbwe District:
 
(i) a market; and
 
(ii) a bus station; 
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; 
 
(c) what the estimated cost of each project is; and
 
(d) what the estimated time frame for the completion of each project is.
 
 
326. Mr Mandandi (Sioma)  -  to ask the Minister of Education:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct additional classroom blocks and staff houses at the following secondary schools in Sioma District:
 
(i) Kalongola;
 
(ii) Mulele; and
 
(iii) Mutomena;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
 
(c) how many classroom blocks and staff houses are earmarked for construction at each school.
 
 
327. Mr Mulunda (Siavonga)  -  to ask the Minister of Youth, Sport and Arts:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct a youth skills training centre in Siavonga District;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
 
(c) if there are no such plans, why.
 
 
328. Mr Mutelo (Mitete)  -  to ask the Minister of Education:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct additional classroom blocks and staff houses at the following secondary schools in Kabwata Parliamentary Constituency:
 
(i) Libala;
 
(ii) Kamulanga; and
 
(iii) Chilenje South; 
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
 
(c) how many classroom blocks and staff houses will be constructed at each school. 
 
 
329. Mr C Chibuye (Mkushi North)  -  to ask the Minister of Home Affairs and Internal Security:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct a modern police station in Mkushi District; and
 
(b) when the plans will be implemented.
 
 
330. Mr Mutale (Chitambo)  -  to ask the Minister of Energy:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to electrify the following Wards in Chitambo Parliamentary Constituency:
 
(i) Muchinka; and
 
(ii) Lulimala;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
 
(c) whether the electrification of the Wards will include all Government institutions in the Constituency.
 
 
331. Mr Katakwe (Solwezi East)  -  to ask the Minister of Health:
 
(a) when the mini-hospital at St Dorothy in Solwezi East Parliamentary Constituency will be opened to the public; and 
 
(b) what the cause of the delay in opening the hospital is.
 
 
332. Mr Mwila (Mufulira)  -  to ask the Minister of Home Affairs and Internal Security:
 
(a) when police officers will be redeployed to the Kawama East Police Post in Mufulira Parliamentary Constituency, which was abandoned in 2017, following riots in the area;
 
(b) how many officers will be deployed to the Police Post;
 
(c) whether there are any plans to upgrade the Police Post to a police station; and
 
(d) if so, when the plans will be implemented.
 
 
333. Mr Mulaliki (Senanga)  -  to ask the Minister of Health:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct a district hospital in Senanga;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; 
 
(c) what the estimated cost of the project is; and
